Getting started is simple and interactive. It's a chance for me to get to know your and your business better, and an opportunity for you to see how I want to work with you to support and optimize your technology environment.

The first step is a free initial technology assessment. This assessment usually lasts about 2-4 hours, while I examine your office computers, printers, network setup and other peripherals.
During this assessment, I look specifically at the age and specifications of your devices, and look at the status of your computers, including software versions, speed, memory, security and anti-virus and how your devices are networked together.

Recommend...
After my assessment, I will provide you with a summary and status of your technology assets, network and technology infrastructure.
The report will include recommendations related to your hardware, software, network, security and internet speed. Suggested action items typically include hardware or software upgrades, network/internet setup changes, PC optimization recommendations and more.

Action!!
At this point, should you wish to engage, I would act on those recommendations that you've approved, and run all of your computers through an initial optimization process. This includes:
- Removal of unwanted or unnecessary software
- Patching of outdated software programs, including Microsoft updates
- Hard drive defragmentation and optimization
- Full virus and malware scan
